KTM SDR 1290 backlight fix

Fix for the often brocken holder of the backlight of the KTM Super Duke 1290 R.
Under the bushing a M4 Nut can be placed for using a metric screw.
The bushing hole is 3.5mm for the KTM screw.
Drill this hole to 4.5mm for metric screw use.
Don't insert a nut if used with KTM screw.
The photos show the very first version of the Fix with some minor issues mounted on my SDR.
The current design looks slighly different but works even better!
