Precision Piezo Mount For Ormerod 2

This is my version of the Precision Piezo mount for the Ormerod 2 with an E3Dv6 head.

At first I was doubtful if this would work with the Ormerod with the head rotating about the X axis but after a little fiddling it works brilliantly.

I needed to keep the nozzle as near to the X axis as possible to minimise the effect of head roll and rigid enough to keep the sensitivity.

I used the original lower part of the mount and designed an upper part that bolts onto the Ormerod X carriage. -
