Sunhokey Prusa i3 mks ramp board cover

This cover for Sunhokey prusa i3 or other clone printer use 80mm fan, ramp 1.2 or 1.4 as long the screw hole is same, if not its up to you to modified it ^_^
Add hinge for easy open and closed front cover
