2.4 GHz Coax Antenna Stiffener

A stiffener to help keep straight coax cable antennas such as those found on RC receivers. Glue the coax in using superglue or hotglue and put some heatshrink tubing near the base as strain relief.

The top of the groove is 31.23 mm long (2.4 GHz quarter wavelength) and is narrower than the bottom of the groove. You can align the end of the coax shield to the middle of the stiffener and use it as a cutting template to trim the coax core if needed.
