E3D V6 mount for Creality Ender 4 and Unitedpro b3510x05b cooling fans

Update:
Changed to one part for BTLs and a 40mm fan for quick changig the whole hotend for differenz nozzle sizes etc.

i mixed the hotend holder for fitting the ender 4 mounting plate because it is a bit different to the other ender versions (2 and 10).
I removed some material for a perfect fit and designed variable BTLs for the israel unitedpro 3510 fans. Also this version is for a 40mm fan and not the stock cooler from E3D! If y
