Tronxy X5S Part Cooling Fan for original Radial Fan

I wanted an improved part cooling fan for my Tronxy X5S that doesn't direct air to the hotend, but to the part instead. But I also wanted to keep the metal enclosure for the hot end, because I think this is a very valuable protection against fire hazard in case somtehing goes wrong with the hotend (like a heater or a thermistor getting loose). I also wanted to keep the original radial fan (type 4010) and not replace this with an regular 40mm fan.
