Turnip crinkle virus (TCV) is a single-stranded RNA (ssRNA) plant virus. Every year it causes important material and financial losses in essential crop plants (Bakker et al., 2012).
The capsid of this virus contains 180 copies of the coat protein subunit (T=3).
This model can be printed in 3 colours in order to illustrated the 3 different conformations of the subunits from the capsid of the virus.
