CR-10 fan duct for bore 4.1 throat

This is a simple remix for for "bore 4.1 throat" hotend. It is little bit higher and thicker than the original one, so that it blows where it should be.
It is not perfect, but it will come off for a start :D
The Bore 4.1 hotend is all PTFE throat, so he is not for everyone.
