E3D Extruder Plate with Extra Support

I love the direct extruder by s_gutz but there was a lot of flex in my PETG print, so I added some extra support. I also added a notch to clear the X gantry. If you print the original in ABS you may not need this. I haven't been able to keep ABS from warping so I use PETG.
