Combo holder for E3D v6 cooling fan + radial print cooling fan

A combined print cooling fan and heatsink cooling fan holder for E3D v6 hot end. Made with right-hand Bondtech BMG extruder in mind, but should be ok for most of the other ones, as long as they don't project out in front too much. Design is suitable for printers with at least 22 mm free space in front of the hot end and is really compact.
Now with IGES file for remixing.
