C-3PO arm with taper - large printer

So when I created the original arm files, I was trying to keep the bicep a straight tube. As I understood it, the movie suits were a straight tube and adding a taper was noticeable compromise. After receiving the rest of my parts and suiting up the first time, I discovered that while I maximized the bicep diameter for the forearm that I thought looked accurate, it was just a bit more snug than I'd like and was binding at the shoulder bell. This version adds a SLIGHT taper to make it 4mm large
