Prusa I3 Dual Extruder X-Carridge

This is a dual extruder X-cartridge for a prusa I3 3D printer. It fits the rods and bushings that were recommended in the original build plan. The printer originally had a J-head MKV hot end which I kept as extruder 0. I added on a nicer E3D V6 Hotend as extruder 1 to have a little better capability. Each hotend can be shimmed to ensure they are at the exact same height. Other hotends may be used, with extra shims.
