An aluminum extrusion bracket I have designed for a CNC Mill that I'm building. This bracket is used to connect 2020 extrusion to 2040 extrusion. It uses M5x10mm bolts for mounting the bottom of it (side with 4 holes) to the 2040 extrusion and M5x12mm bolts for mounting it to the 2020 extrusion (side with 2 holes). I've been printing my brackets around 80-85% infill for higher strength but adjust infill according to your needs. If you're looking for different size extrusion brackets check out so
