A cover for the tournament button hole on Stern pinball machines.
If you don't like the black hole in your front decal, just design and print out a sticker to go over there (cover outer side length is 47mm, corner radius of 4mm), stick it to this cover and gently push it into the cabinet cutout. Should be a flush fit but easy to pull out again.
I suck at anything art-related, but maybe some more artsy inclined folks like to make some proper artworks for that area of their pins too :)
