This is a remixed sleeve case that allows you to mount the more powerful Raspberry Pi Model B (E.g. Pi 3 Model B+) onto your Prusa i3 Mk3 printer, instead of the slower Pi Zero. It does not interfere with the spiral-wrapped extruder wires, however, I do not have cable chains to test compatibility with them.
