Teensy LC snap-fit case

I didn't find any other cases for the [Teensy LC](https://www.pjrc.com/teensy/teensyLC.html) that suited my needs, so I designed one. I also included my v10 lid, which doesn't have the pegs to keep the board in place more snugly. This allows access to all GPIO which would otherwise be blocked.On both versions there's a small cut-out on the top for access to the programming button, or as a place for wires to exit the case. I also added a v12 lid with vents.

My design was inspired by [DotNetWor
