twin mobius triangle

this is an interesting shape, made from sweeping an equilateral triangle about two different axes. I saw this sculpture in Virginia, then went to my CAD workstation to figure out how the shape worked.
it rolls along an interesting path, shifting over 1/2*height with each revolution!
