Maker Select Plus / Wanhao i3 higher and extended spool holder

I wanted a bigger spool, but I also wanted to keep the height of the original monoprice spool holder. Even with the filament guide+riser, this particular spool was still touching the frame and causing friction with the original spool holder, and also kept moving dangerously to the edge.

I made it so the top never tapers to the center, adding a few cm in height (enough to raise the spool off the frame), I added a lip at the very end just to make sure the spool doesn't fall off, and I also cut
