3d printable scissors usable off the bed WIP

Not exactly sure if this works because my printer is currently unavailable but in theory it should work. If anyone attempts to print this set your print settings to high because this print requires moving parts be printed right next to the main part of the scissors also you might need to rotate the scissors so it lays flat on the ground so it prints properly.
