root cnc upgrade x axis belt tension for hdc m3 belt

this allows you to adjust you x axis belt tension without having to remove and reinstall plates and lets you get a lot tighter belt
i printed everything at 50% and used supports on the arm.
Note this is a tight fit for the base it will go in (i used a rubber mallet) and it stays in tight, just make sure you have it in the right position for the arm to be upright before you hit it in.
