Just quickly made this with MeshMixer's sculpt tool. I used two rectangles and sculpted them around the fan shrouds, after angling the fan shroud nozzles downwards so that they will meet the e3d volcano hotend. It now points downwards 15mm further.

After editing, I read in the original maker's comment section that he made a larger one to prevent backflow and improves the flow of the air through the nozzle out the nozzle ends. I experience the same issue with backflow, so I fired up MeshMixer
