Ball Race Option for two plane balancer

Print settings as per original thing: The minimum wall thickness is 1.8mm with a 10% fill density. Material can be ABS, PLA plastic or Aluminum.

This remix allows you to balance things (turbo rotors) that don't have ball-bearings fitted to them. The revised design incorporates a pair of ball races and a slight change in the inner 3D printed supports to allow for mounting them nicely.
