Makerfarm i3v Bowden e3d v6 carriage with auto bed leveling

This is a Bowden style carriage for an e3d v6 hotend on a Makerfarm 8'' i3v printer. The carriage also includes mounting for an inductive bed leveling sensor. The assembly has provisions for cable management, which work well enough so far, but it could be improved in the future. The part cooling fan duct could also definitely use some improvement.
