I decided to place my screen in a seperat casing. This way the SD slot is better to reach and operating the printer while printing won't cause the whole printer to wiggle. However I was left with an ugly hole on top of the printer. To close it I simply designed a little cover which uses the whole for the operating knop as a fillament guide.
Use some flathead screws or countersink them. The original screws of the ctc sometimes come to close to the printhead if you have a rly high print.
