Coldend / Hotend Fan Holder Tevo Tornado

Remixed from "pemic" and "PaX_78"

I modified the Pemic file to make it stronger

the fan grille is 3mm instead of 2mm

the plate for attaching the cooling fan and the original one had a tendency to distort or move with Hotend cables

and most importantly I reassembled the fixing holes of the cooling fan of 2.5mm because the other models was lower than the nozzle for me

and i didn't do anyting on the Coldend
