PCI Express x1 protector cap

When various PCI Express x1 cards removed, it is better to cover connector and protect from particles, dust and other dirt, that might make this sensitive contacts unreliable.
You can use it also to clean contacts, as "structure" of layers will act as non-abrasive cleaning device (sure dont use conductive plastics that have particles!).
