Grizzly G0704 New Motor Style fan mount

Grizzly has replaced the old motor on the G0704 with a new style motor with a 14mm shaft. This motor is quite a bit beefier than the original and this comes with a change in size to the motor diameter. The old fan mount would not fit the new motor, so I created a new one in freecad and have included the source
