Standard Pegboard to Ikea Skadis adapter board

In a first attempt to create an adapter board for the Ikea Skadis to be able to use al the nice standard Pegboard designs with out redesign.

This first one is 4 X 4 pegboard holes. If you want more or other sizes please let me know.
