MPCNC 400w Spindle Dust Shoe

Really liked the Dust Shoe made by kaoskido (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2244705) but I was getting whistling using a 3/4" PVC pipe. I had some 1" PVC laying around so I remixed it to use that and increased the cross section of the shoe a bit to improve air flow.
