GT2 tooth side belt clip

I wanted to use smaller (16t) GT2 pulleys and idlers on my OpenBuilds gantries to increase the steps/mm on my X and Y axes.

To get enough clearance inside the extrusion I needed the 3mm thickness the gantry plate took away, so had to route the GT2 belts underneath. This meant the tooth side of the belt was not facing itself in the normal easy-to-clamp way, so designed this clip to clamp it down but still be easy to remove or tighten.
