Tevo Tornado Einsy Rambo board adapter

This is an adapter I made to install the Einsy Rambo from Ultimachine into the Tevo Tornado. It mostly retains the ability to use the USB port location, you will have to cut a few millimeters to make the hole slightly larger still.
