I wanted a new control knob for my printer. I used the following thing as a basis for my design.

I wanted to have a bare control knob that I could add symbols and designs to, but I work better with CAD files rather than meshes. So I pulled some dimensions off of NilByMouth's control knob to get me started and modeled a new control knob in Inventor.

I've included a STEP file for the bare control knob
