MonoPrice Punchdown Holder

This is a remix of rssalerno's original punch-down holder. I had purchased several hundred keystone jacks from MonoPrice and could not find a holder that would fit because of the additional ledge on the MonoPrice brand that allows you to secure the cable with a zip tie. Using rssalerno's .scad file i was able to make the necessary changes to accommodate this additional area. Hope this is useful for others in the future.
