It a Mount/Holder for my Led Lenser P3 for a picantinny rail system.
I use it for air soft gaming. I love the light of the P3 and the focus option by this small size.
To Use just slide the P3 in and you can mount it additional with zip tires.
But it should also fit without the add. tires.
To fix the Rail system you need a M5 bolt and screw.
