Customizable Maker Coin - ollej

Added text_on.scad code inline to make it work on Thingiverse customizer.

## Summary
This is my first try at a maker coin. I've added a bunch of customizer options to generate your own.

### You can change the following

* Text around the coin
* Type and number of notches around edge
* A couple of different types of the coin
* A couple of different inner designs (Sun, text, image)
* Diameter and thickness
