E3D V6 Direct Drive Conversion - CR-10s

@chito and @monkeypantman had great mounts that I have modified a bit. I have included @chito's 40mm fan mount as well. This is one solid build for the E3D V6 hotend with a 5015 fan and a light. The light i used can be found here:
