modified extruder drive holder for reprap Huxley

Our huxley was an intermediate model between major changes to the extruder drive and in our case the extruder drive holder proved too weak. It bend down and the big extruder gear collided with the frame.

So I created a replacement which is twice as wide. It still fits perfectly on the frame
