Dual 5015 Fang duct and sensor mounts

This is for those who wish to run a dual 5015 blower fans for part cooling. After a few revisions I found this to be a nice simple and light design, this also provides a left or right mount for a EZALB sized proximity sensor. I printed the duct and left mount in PETG and the right was in PLA. I would recommend PETG or ABS for at least the duct due to its proximity to the hotend.
