Spool Holder - clamp to shelf above 3D printer

Thanks to joaoduarte for his brilliant filament clamp design/remix, I did a remix of my own by removing the end of the spool shaft so any size inner hole filament spool can now be slipped into place, then inserting the end piece to keep the filament spool from coming off.
