Kossel (Delta): linear motion carriage with bearing 623-ZZ (3x10x4mm) for 2020 extrusion

This is a remix of the slider bearing made by Lucan07.

I really liked the design. It seemed to be very promising as my self printed roller system was really bad and i needed better linear motion.

After a first try with the original design i decided to improve it:

- slight built in pretension to remove play and increase stiffness
- thicker walls as bending and shear stiffness was too low
- hex nut cut outs: carriage is not only screwed into plastic
