Funnel for NoBowl Cat Feeders

I wanted a funnel to make it easier to fill the [NoBowl Cat Feeder “mice”](https://docandphoebe.com/products/new-single-indoor-hunting-feeder-1) that we use to feed our cats. The included scoop tends to spill food when you're filling, but this fixes it.
