469A001G01 - Hot Plate and stir bar system

Designed around an ardiuno Uno and a random motor I found. Takes a standard 200x200 mm heated PCB and insulates it from the stir bar assembly. Code in progress to drive all of it, but wanted to get the solid models available in the interim.
