Dual HTC Vive Wand Charging Stand (Blue wirststrap edition)

Starting in the last quarter of 2016, HTC started shipping controllers with a thicker blue strap, which also has a thicker clasp. To accommodate for this, I added a 0.5cm offset on the groove, which should allow it to easily fit any kind of strap.
