This is a Water Filtering device(Obviously). It desalinates the water from just about all bacteria and any grossness inside of it. This device could be potentially life saving. With the help of an actual engineer this device was created and should work (NOT TESTED YET). If you add an insulation band around the top of the cylinder piece you will get better results.
