small is for non deep dish wheels. (flat wheel)
ling ones are for deep dish wheels. (drifting wheels)

mainly used for anyone who modded their wheel with an after market wheel

doing so will increase the distance between the wheel and the base, which in turn, the paddles will be to far to use without taking your hands of the wheel.
