10x microSD, 4x SD cardholder

I just cloned the middle part of the original: 10 MicroSD, 2 SD - business card holder / case
so now it fits 4x SD cards and a paper in the middle for keeping notes for the cards.

Remixed on tinkercad, so its easy to further extent.
