Loved the original (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2773171) by Erhil, but just couldn't get it to print as S3D couldn't cope with the self intersecting surfaces and was slicing with a lot of holes...

I've repaired the STL and am now able to print the (top part of the) case absolutely fine.

I would suggest using a 4S BMS like this one.
