Octane Supported - Frugal Edition

A user mentioned the wheels are not touching so I brought it back into meshmixer. When you analyze the design there are a lot of non connected parts. I just added supports at a different angle. Hopefully this helps, but I have not tested it yet.

Loved the original by AzianLad, but the supports made a mess of it when I printed it. I put it in meshmixer and had it print at a angle so there was a good part of it attached as a base. It is printed quite well since. I do add raft to help guarantee
