This self locking cam insert lets you mount something to the Prusa MK3 Extrusion frame.
They fit into the extrusion sideways and when screwing them in place with a clockwise turn of the screw (righty tighty), they cam into place and hold so they don't spin around while you tighten the screw.
NOTE: Print with a brim and the narrow cone side down, just like in the picture on the print bed. No need for supports.
