Creality CR-10 X-Axis Camera Boom for OctoPrint (version 2)

I set up OctoPrint on a Raspberry Pi 3 and wanted to use the camera feature. I found an old Xbox 360 Live camera that, although 640x480 resolution with a narrow field of view, has a focus ring and does the job I need it for. I wanted to monitor the printed layer so decided to build a mount that would rise with the print.
